1. Do I need an appointment to try on prom dresses?
Yes, we work by appointment only to give each customer a personal and private experience. You can book your appointment online via our Booking Page — slots fill quickly during peak prom season, so book early!
We also have a VIP Exlcusive Service for 3-6 members which you need to book by phone
2. What sizes do you carry?
We’re proud to offer an inclusive size range from UK 0 up to size 30. Our collection includes beautiful styles for all body types — so every girl can find her perfect prom dress.
3. Do you stock dresses in-store, or are they made to order?
We carry over a 1000  ready-to-try styles in-store, from top prom designers like Gino Cerruti, Prom Frocks, Jora Collections, Goya London, Hermione Collections, Simply Divine, Tania Olsen. Many dresses are available for immediate purchase, and others can be special ordered in different sizes and colours.
4. How long does it take to order a dress?
If your chosen dress needs to be ordered, delivery can take up to 12 weeks, depending on the designer and availability. We recommend shopping early in the season to ensure enough time for ordering and alterations if needed.
5. Do you offer alterations?

That’s why we offer in-house tailoring services to help ensure your dress fits like it was made just for you. Whether it’s a simple hem, strap adjustment, or full bodice alteration, our experienced seamstress works with precision and care to make sure you look and feel amazing on your big night..
6. Can I buy a dress online?
What looks great on a hanger (or a screen) may not fit your shape without trying it on. We want you to feel confident and comfortable, not disappointed by an online order that doesn’t suit you. Buying a prom dress is a big deal. Our expert stylists are here to guide you — whether you’re unsure of the colour, cut, or style. You deserve more than a shopping cart and a shipping box.
7. How does your prom dress register work?
To help you stand out, we register every dress to your school — which means we won’t sell the same style to anyone else attending your prom, even in a different colour!
8. How much do prom dresses cost?
Our dresses range from ÂŁ250 to ÂŁ600+, depending on the designer, style, and detailing. We carry both affordable options and exclusive couture gowns. Our Outlet store which is in the same premises has dresses from ÂŁ80 to ÂŁ200
9. Where are you located?
We’re based in Milton Keynes, with full details provided upon booking. Our boutique offers a relaxed, one-on-one fitting experience in a beautiful private setting.
10. Do you sell accessories and shoes?
We focus on dresses, but we occasionally stock a small selection of accessories. Ask us during your appointment and we’ll help complete your look!
11. Do you have parking space?
Yes, we have several parking spaces to the rear of the building, simply go in to the drive by the side of the building and it will take you to our private parking space
12. Do you get girls travelling from outside of Milton Keynes?
