Just wanted to say a massive thank you to you and all the team at MK Prom for making our trip from Luton totally worth it!
Me, my mum, and my younger sister Ava made a proper day of it. We left bright and early from Luton, with Mum making sure we had snacks, directions, and a full tank (classic Mum things). Ava was already excited even though she’s got years until her own prom. She was just there for the fun and to give “fashion opinions” – which she has a lot of, by the way!
We headed down through Dunstable, then past Leighton Buzzard and Milton Keynes Central, before finally pulling into Bletchley. The closer we got, the more butterflies I had. I wasn’t sure if I’d find something that really felt like me.
But when we walked into MK Prom, it was like walking into a dream. Dresses everywhere, colours and sparkles and styles I’d never even thought of. One of your stylists helped straight away, and honestly, she was amazing. She listened to what I liked (and what I definitely didn’t!) and pulled out a few that I probably wouldn’t have picked myself—but she got it.
Then I tried on this one dress and everything just clicked. It was soft lilac with layers of floaty tulle and this gorgeous detail at the waist. Ava actually went quiet for once. Even Mum teared up a bit, which never happens.
We left with the dress in the back and smiles all round. Back in Luton by the afternoon, all three of us buzzing and already planning shoes and accessories.
Thank you again for making it such a special day. MK Prom really is worth the trip—even for us girls from Luton.
