Whether you’re nervous, excited, or a bit of both, here is everything you need to know about your appointment at our Bletchley boutique.

1. A Personal, Stress-Free Welcome

When you arrive at our Queensway salon, you’ll be greeted by a member of our expert styling team. We’ll start with a quick chat about your school (to ensure your Exclusive Dress Promise) and the styles or colors you’re currently loving. If you have a Pinterest board or photos on your phone, now is the time to show us!

2. Exploring the Collection

We want you to see everything. You’ll be guided through our curated “wardrobes,” featuring exclusive designs like the Sienna, Anabella, and Lilliana.

Our Advice: Pick out about five dresses to start. This gives you a great range of silhouettes—from sleek mermaid cuts to grand ballgowns—without feeling overwhelmed.

3. The Fitting Room Experience

Our fitting rooms are spacious and designed for comfort. Our stylists are experts at helping you into the gowns, ensuring corsets are laced correctly and trains are laid out perfectly.

The Big Reveal: Once you’re in the dress, you’ll step out to our large mirrors. This is where the magic happens, and you can see how the dress moves, sparkles, and fits from every angle!

4. Expert Guidance

Not sure which color “pops” or which neckline suits you best? That’s what we’re here for. We offer honest, professional advice on what works for your skin tone and body shape. It’s very common for a girl to walk in wanting one style and leave with something completely different that makes her feel incredible!

5. Securing “The One”

When you find the dress that makes you feel like a movie star, we make it yours.

The Promise: We register your dress immediately to your school. We will not sell that same dress to anyone else at your prom—not even in a different color.
Flexible Payments: We want your dream dress to be stress-free, so we offer easy payment plans (starting with a £120 deposit) to help spread the cost.

How to Prepare: Your Appointment Checklist

To ensure you have the best possible experience and help us look after our beautiful gowns, please keep these tips in mind:

Go Light on Makeup: We kindly ask that you wear minimal or no makeup to your appointment. This prevents foundation or lipstick from transferring onto the delicate fabrics and keeps our samples pristine for everyone!
Wear Neutral Underwear: Nude or light-colored underwear helps you see the dress clearly without distracting lines or colors.
Bring Your “Inner Circle”: Bring one or two people whose opinions you trust most. A smaller group usually makes the decision-making process much calmer and more focused on you.
Think About Heels: If you have your prom shoes (or a pair with a similar heel height), bring them along to help us check the length of the gown.
