Booking fee
• £30 non-refundable booking fee per person required to secure your slot.
• If you purchase a dress during your appointment, your booking fee is credited toward your dress deposit the same day.

General Appointment & Fee
Q1: Why is there a £30 fee to book an appointment? A: The £30 fee secures your exclusive VIP Fitting Appointment. This includes a dedicated stylist, as well as our famous un-rushed, personalized experience. This ensures that every booking is valued, allowing us to maintain the highest level of service for individuals of groups who want that Extra Special VIP Treatment.
Q2: Is the £30 Commitment Fee refundable? A: No, the £30 fee is non-refundable. However, we ensure this fee is not an extra cost by making it fully redeemable against your dress purchase.
Q3: How do I get the £30 back? A: The £30 is fully deducted from the final price of your dress if you purchase any dress during your scheduled VIP appointment. If your dress is priced at £400, for example, you will only pay £370 upon purchase.
Q4: What happens if I don’t buy a dress on the day? A: If you choose not to purchase a dress during your appointment, the £30 Commitment Fee covers the cost of the dedicated styling time and reserved space, and is retained by the boutique.
Exclusivity and Deposits
Q5: How do I secure the Exclusive Dress Promise? A: To secure our guarantee that no one else at your school’s prom will wear the same dress style, you must place a non-refundable deposit (minimum £120) on your chosen dress during the VIP appointment. This immediately registers the dress to your school.
Q6: Can I use the £30 fee as my full deposit? A: The £30 fee is deducted from your final dress price. If you choose to place a £120 deposit, you would pay £90 on the day, as your £30 booking fee is credited toward the total.
Prom Squad Referral Program
Q7: Can I still bring my friends? A: Absolutely! We encourage you to bring your “Prom Squad” (we recommend a maximum of 6 guests). If you and your friends purchase dresses during the same appointment, you can take advantage of our separate Prom Squad Referral Program incentives, including stacking discounts and free alterations for the Squad Leader!
