Your appointment starts with a friendly welcome from the team. If you’re feeling unsure, don’t worry — this is completely normal for first-time visitors. Sally explains how the session is guided, relaxed, and focused on helping you feel confident from the start.

This isn’t a rushed browse. You’ll be supported throughout your appointment by an experienced stylist who helps you narrow down shapes, colours, and details that suit you — and that feel like “you”. 3) Fitting rooms, space to move, and proper mirror checks
A key part of the MK Prom experience is having the space to try dresses on properly. Sally walks you through the fitting rooms and explains how you can check a dress from every angle — including placing it on a stand in front of the large mirrors, so you can see the full shape, sparkle, and flow clearly.
